The duo are highly rated by their club, but media outlets Le Parisien and L'Equipe claim that the Gunners have struck a deal of around £3million for both of them.
Fortune, 16, was believed to be a transfer target for Manchester United, but appears to have been swayed by the influence of Arsene Wenger.
Reine-Adelaide, 17, is a versatile forward who has started for Lens' Under-19s squad this season.
And the two starlets could now be heading on their way to the Emirates, where they will link up with Arsenal's established Under-21s side.
