The Premier League leaders travel to the French capital on Tuesday for the first-leg of the Champions League last 16, but Hazard is taking nothing for granted.
The Blues overcame the Ligue 1 giants in the quarter-finals last campaign, reaching the semis with an aggregate of 5-1.
He added: "Last year, our qualification against PSG was no miracle. Against PSG, it will be 50/50."
