Manchester United legends laud David de Gea masterclass
DAVID DE GEA exhibited an absolute goalkeeping masterclass against Liverpool today earning plaudits from a host of United legends.
David de Gea put on a splendid display to earn the man of the match award
Rio Ferdinand said on twitter that the Spanish shot-stopper was fast-aproaching Edwin van der Sar and Peter Schmeichel status.
At one point Ferdinand compared De Gea to a wall, and after the game Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said it was the best goalkeeping performance he'd seen at Old Trafford.

Phillip Neville and Peter Schmeichel were also both keen to praise the 24-year-old, calling him simply 'Brilliant'.
David de Gea was unplayable all afternoon against Liverpool, keeping Raheem Sterling and Mario Balotelli at bay despite a shaky defensive performance from united.
The Spaniard has now kept four clean sheets this season and is proving a vital member of Van Gaal's squad as they pressure Manchester City and Chelsea.
