James Milner: Manchester City sent important title message to Chelsea with Everton win
JAMES MILNER is convinced Manchester City sent Chelsea an important title message after their win over Everton.

The Citizens eked out a 1-0 victory this evening at the Etihad thanks to a Yaya Toure penalty.
Manuel Pellegrini's men closed the gap on the Blues at the top of the table to just three points, but it came at a cost after Sergio Aguero limped off with a knee injury early on in the game.
Milner insists the Citizens were only focussed on themselves and weren't distracted by the Chelsea result.
"It is very important but all we can control is what we do on the pitch and not what Chelsea do," Milner told Sky Sports.
Sergio Aguero's injury could hit Manchester City hard
It is very important but all we can control is what we do on the pitch and not what Chelsea do
"We need to concentrate on our job, it would have been very easy to slip up after Chelsea's result but you need to win these kind of games to win the title and we ground it out.
"The game against Roma is massive, we need to stay in the Champions League and we can take the momentum from this game and hopefully complete the job."
City are expected to find out in the next 48 hours the full extent of Aguero's injury.
