Martinez is destined to leave Porto in January due to the high level of interest in his services, and has admitted himself he expects a transfer.
The Colombian striker has attracted the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Napoli, but appears to have his heart set on a move to the Premier League.
Porto are reluctant to sell the 28-year-old hitman, but that hasn't deterred Arsenal and Liverpool, who are lining up £40m bids.

And boss Mauricio Pochettino has singled out Martinez as the man to lift his side into the top four, with the club currently sitting in ninth.
