Ludicrous! QPR's Rio Ferdinand HITS BACK at FA over Twitter ban
FORMER Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has hit back at the FA for banning him for comments made on Twitter.
The QPR man has been banned for three games and fined £25,000 after making a comment that was "abusive and/or indecent and/or insulting and/or improper" during a spat with a fellow user on Twitter.
And now Ferdinand has risked further wrath by responding to the punishment handed down with yet another tweet.
He said: "Is humour even allowed....I'm baffled! Ludicrous.... & I don't mean the rapper."
Is humour even allowed....I'm baffled! Ludicrous.... & I don't mean the rapper.

Earlier today QPR boss Harry Redknapp also slammed the verdict, saying: "It's not the same as a two-footed challenge.
"If someone slags him off and he goes back and slags them off. It doesn't equate. I can't see it.
"From what I've seen of it, it's personal between him and someone else."
