Arsene Wenger claims Arsenal deserved draw at Chelsea and questions referee's decisions
ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger claims his side deserved at least a draw from Sunday's clash with Chelsea.
The Gunners fell to a 2-0 loss at Stamford Bridge - their first Premier League defeat this term - after Eden Hazard and Diego Costa scored in a match which saw a touchline scuffle between Wenger and Jose Mourinho.
In 12 attempts the Frecnhman is yet to taste victory against a Chelsea side managed by Mourinho, but insist his side were worth a point on Sunday.
The 64-year-old tactician also believes the referee was also too 'lenient' on the Blues players.
When asked whether the Gunners deserved anything from the game, Wenger said: "Yes, a point was in it.

I felt the referee was very lenient with them
"It was down to us not to make defensive mistakes and use the dangerous situations we had and I think we were a bit short on both sides.
"We made a defensive mistake at the moment when we couldn’t afford to do it, and also when it was 1-0 and we were all over them I felt it was important not to concede a second goal.
"We did produce a good performance and both keepers had no saves to make."
On the referee's display, the Wenger added: "I felt the referee was very lenient with them. They broke up all of our counter-attacks without being punished."
