Relief for Aberdeen over Ryan Jack injury boost
ABERDEEN have been boosted by the news that midfielder Ryan Jack could be back within six weeks.
There had been fears that Jack had suffered serious ligament damage in the midweek League Cup win over Livingston and would be out for the season.
But, ahead of this afternoon’s Premiership clash with Inverness, boss Derek McInnes said: “The good news is he has got bone bruising and a slight tear to the medial ligament.
“Ryan will be out for weeks rather than months.
“He’ll certainly miss the games before the international break but he will hopefully be back not too long after it.”
