MEMPHIS DEPAY has turned down a new deal at PSV Eindhoven.
Holland winger Depay impressed at the World Cup this summer and is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
Express Sport understands Tottenham are keen on the £15million-rated 20-year-old, who is also being tracked by Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal.
And according to reports, Depay has rejected a new contract at PSV and is weighing up his options.

But PSV are in no rush to sell the Dutch international, whose current deal expires in 2017.
Spurs had offered £10m and Nacer Chadli for Depay, but the Belgium midfielder rejected a move to the Eredivisie.
The north London club could now return with a straight cash offer as Mauricio Pochettino plots to bolster his squad before the September 1 transfer deadline.
