PICTURES: Luis Suarez plays for Barcelona for FIRST time since Liverpool move
LUIS SUAREZ pulled on the Barcelona shirt for the first time since his move from Liverpool last night.
The Uruguayan was officially unveiled in front of the adoring Camp Nou faithful, just a few days after his Fifa ban was relaxed.
Suarez, who joined the Catalan giants in a £75million deal, started off on the bench as his new side thrashed Leon 6-0 in the Gamper Cup.
After being named among the substitutes alongside Xavi, Gerard Pique and Alex Song, Suarez eventually came off the bench in the 76th minute.
Suarez didn't get much time to shine although he was neat with his passing and general build-up play.
However, the game had a real pre-season feel about it as Suarez was introduced to a half-empty stadium.
Suarez's team-mates Neymar and Javier Mascherano were given the biggest cheer when they made their way to the centre circle.
Suarez won't make his official debut until October 26 - a mouthwatering el Clasico against Real Madrid.
