Manager Diego Simeone recently spoke of his admiration for Mexican Hernandez but club president Enrique Cerezo has indicated none of the Premier League trio are on their wanted list.
"Many names have been mentioned, but none of those players, neither Cazorla, [Jose] Callejon, Torres nor Chicharito [Hernandez] are on our agenda," Cerezo told Radio Marca.
"If we sign another player, it won't be any of them."

When asked whether Torres would be on the way out, he said: "No. Three strikers is fundamental in a squad and we have three strikers; Fernando, Didier [Drogba] and Diego [Costa] so one of them is not going for sure."
Arsenal midfielder Cazorla has spoke of his desire to win the Premier League next season while Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has indicated that Hernandez is not in his plans.
According to reports in Spain yesterday, Atletico are interested in Manchester United's attacking midfielder Shinji Kagawa.
The Spanish capital club have already splashed £25m on exciting Frenchman Antoine Griezmann.
