FIFA in Luis Suarez U-TURN as £80m Barca target WILL be allowed to train during ban
FIFA have appeared to clear Liverpool striker Luis Suarez to train during his four-month ban for biting.
Suarez is closing in on a move to Barcelona with reports suggesting a deal for between £70million and £80m could be sealed in the next 48 hours.
And the Uruguayan was given a boost by the head of FIFA's disciplinary committee Claudio Sulser who appeared to lessen his ban from "all football activity" yesterday.
"No you can't limit those rights to the player, because it would be disproportionate," Sulser said.

Sulser went on to confirm that Uruguay have launched an appeal against the ban, which also rules Suarez out of their next eight internationals.
"This is still an ongoing case and an appeal has been filed, so I prefer not to give my opinion," he said.
"When the committee was analysing this case, one thing I mentioned in my capacity as the chairman is we don't need to impose an exemplary sanction, we need to have justice and reach the sanction in a very severe case."
Suarez CAN also complete a medical and move clubs during his ban, which Italy defender and bite victim Giorgio Chiellini described as "excessive".
A Liverpool source revealed Wednesday's talks between Anfield and Nou Camp officials were "productive", suggesting a transfer is imminent.
"The talks were productive," the source said.
"There were sensible expectations on both sides. Further talks and discussions are to take place. Nothing has been finalised as of now."
