Roma hitman Mattia Destro ready to reject Arsenal interest
ROMA striker Mattia Destro has no interest in a summer transfer, according to his agent.
Destro, 23, enjoyed a fine season at the Stadio Olimpico, guiding the Giallorossi to second in Serie A with 13 goals in 20 outings.
The Italy international's performances have attracted the likes of Arsenal, who are reportedly keen to bring the striker to the Premier League when the transfer window reopens.
Arsene Wenger - who has also been keeping tabs on Real Madrid's Karim Benzema - is looking to add competition for lone striker Olivier Giroud, with back-up forward Yaya Sanogo misfiring and Nicklas Bendtner out of contract in the summer.

Mattia wants to stay in Rome and be a leader for the Giallorossi
But Destro's representative, Renzo Contratto, insists his client wants to build his career at the Serie A giants.
"When a player is sought after by other teams it is always a pleasure," his agent said.
"This does not mean though that he will leave. Mattia wants to stay in Rome and be a leader for the Giallorossi."
