Arsenal and Liverpool on red alert as QPR slap £8million price tag on Loic Remy
ARSENAL and Liverpool are lurking with intent with QPR naming their price for Loic Remy.
The 27-year-old enjoyed a successful loan spell at Newcastle last season, netting 14 goals in 26 appearances and it is valued at around £8million.
Remy fuelled talk of a move to the Gunners when he was spotted in the stands during a game at the Emirates.
And Harry Redknapp believes Remy will go on to play for a top-four club as he wants Champions League football.
I don't see Remy wanting to come back and play. He's talking about playing Champions League
"I don't see (Loic) Remy wanting to come back and play," said Redknapp.
"He's talking about playing Champions League somewhere.
"I wouldn't know what he'll do, but I think he's got a buy-out clause which is at a reasonable level."
