PICTURE: Jack Wilshere gives the thumbs up after returning to Arsenal training
JACK WILSHERE has given Arsenal a lift by returning to training following his metatarsal injury.
The midfielder has been out of action since limping off with an injury he suffered while on international duty with England last month.
The news comes as a welcome boost for Arsene Wenger who is currently in the midst of an injury crisis.
Mesut Ozil, Theo Walcott and About Diaby are all out for Arsenal, although Wilshere is still a way off a return to first-team action.
