TEAMS: Demba Ba earns rare start for Chelsea's trip to Swansea
CHELSEA boss Jose Mourinho has made five changes from the side that beat Paris Saint-Germain in midweek for the clash with Swansea.
Mourinho hands starts to Nemanja Matic, Ramires, Mohamed Salah, Andre Schurrle and Demba Ba - the match-winner against PSG - while David Luiz, Oscar and Samual Eto'o are named on a powerful bench as the Blues look to stay in touch with league leaders Liverpool.
Swansea head coach Garry Monk makes two changes from the side beaten 1-0 at Hull eight days ago, with Nathan Dyer and Pablo Hernandez both given starts.
Jonathan De Guzman and Michu drop out, with no place for tha latter in the substitutes either.
