TEAM NEWS: David Moyes to risk Wayne Rooney for Bayern Munich clash
WAYNE ROONEY is expected to have a pain-killing injection in his toe so he can play for Manchester United in Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich.
Right-back Rafael (thigh) and midfielder Marouane Fellaini, who complained of feeling dizzy during the 4-0 win over Newcastle, were absent from United's final training session.
Patrice Evra (knee), Ryan Giggs (hamstring) and Ashley Young (hand) took part despite their injury concerns.
Playmaker Juan Mata (cup-tied) and striker Robin van Persie (knee) are unavailable to play.
