VIDEO: Sam Allardyce shocked by West Ham's booing supporters
SAM ALLARDYCE admits he can't fathom why the fans booed West Ham after their victory over Hull last night.
The Hammers beat Steve Bruce's side 2-1 to earn a precious three points in their bid to avoid relegation.
Allardyce saw his side play against 10 men for the majority of the game, but couldn't believe the cacophony of boos that rang around the ground after the final whistle.
"I haven't experienced that before in my time during the game," Allardyce said.
"Today was all about getting three points whether we played brilliantly or indifferently."

Allardyce also urged supporters to get behind the team as opposed to criticising them.
He added: "Stay behind the team or it'll affect the players otherwise.
"Fans come to the ground and they can affect players in many ways. I was hearing booing so I couldn't quite believe it.
"I can't understand it because we had a difficult situation and it is borne out of frustration."
