Wenger happy with five-point lead over Liverpool and Chelsea following Everton draw
ARSENAL manager Arsene Wenger was happy to have five points between his side and closest challengers Liverpool and Chelsea.
The Gunners saw a four-match win streak ended by Everton as Gerard Deulofeu cancelled out Mesut Ozil's opener.
But Wenger was content with the result, that leaves Arsenal top of the Premier League by five points.
"Not bad to take - ideally wanted seven but at least we've got five," Wenger told Sky Sports.
"It gives a little bit of a cushion to play in a serene way against other teams.
