VIDEO: Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis sympathises with Spurs manager AVB over press row
CRYSTAL PALACE boss Tony Pulis has expressed a degree of sympathy with Andre Villas-Boas after the Tottenham manager was entangled in a war with the media.
Villas-Boas hit back at two respected Daily Mail sports writers, after claiming the media had an agenda against his side.
Pulis, who has experienced life from a media perspective, tried to cool down the situation.
"I never like what's written about me!," joked Pulis.
"I had four or five months working with the press and I really enjoyed it.

"There is an enormous amount of pressure on press to get stories written and sometimes people can say things that are over-the-top and can hurt you.
"I haven't seen the argument between Neil and Andre but that's life."
Pulis' side will be looking to bounce back from Saturday's 1-0 defeat against Norwich when they take on fellow strugglers West Ham tomorrow evening.
