Cesc Fabregas says Mesut Ozil 'will nail it' at Arsenal
FORMER Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has said that the Gunners' £42.5million deadline day signing Mesut Ozil 'will nail it' at the Emirates.
Fabregas joined Arsenal aged 16 and made his name in north London before returning to hometown club Barcelona in 2011.
The Spaniard rated Ozil as the second-best player at the Bernabeu, and was surprised that Real allowed him to leave this summer.
And Fabregas believes Madrid's loss will be Arsenal's gain, and that Ozil will be an asset to English football.
"He’s going to enjoy the Premier League a lot," said Fabregas. "I think he will nail it at Arsenal."
"It’s a league with a lot of space and he is a player who can kill you when he has space.
"He has a brilliant final pass and I think the Premier League is going to enjoy him very much."
