Europa League fixtures revealed after Spurs and Swansea learn their fates in draw
THE Europa League fixtures for Matchday One have been announced after the draw for the group stages was revealed today.
Swansea will travel to Valencia on Matchday One while Spurs kick off their Europa League campaign against Tromso.
Andre Villas-Boas's side, who thrashed Dinamo Tbilisi last night to take their place in today's draw have been pitted against Russian giants Anzhi in a group that also contains Sheriff and Tromso.
Swansea, who eased past Petrolul Ploiesti in a two-legged play-off will also face Kuban Krasnodar and St Gallen in their group.
Winger Pablo Hernandez will return to the Mestalla while fellow Spaniards Chico Flores, Michu and Jordi Amat are just a few former La Liga stars currently plying their trade with the Swans.
For Spurs, Anzhi will represent a tough test even though they recently sold high-earners Willian and Samuel Eto'o to Chelsea.
Meanwhile, FA Cup winners Wigan have Rubin Kazan, Maribor and Zulte Waregem in their group.
