LEE MILLER was dismissed leaving LEYTON ORIENT to run riot against CARLISLE.
They took the lead through Kevin Lisbie’s header and after Miller was sent off for clattering Nathan Clarke, Scott Cuthbert headed Orient’s second. Clarke was taken to hospital.
Carlisle pulled one back through David Amoo’s penalty, but David Mooney’s header and two curling efforts from Dean Cox sealed a 5-1 away win.
Britt Assombalonga gave PETERBOROUGH a winning start, 1-0 against SWINDON, on his debut in their attempt to bounce straight back into the Championship. The 20-year-old striker, a club record summer capture from Watford, scored with a fierce right-footer.
