PSV striker Jeremain Lens has heart set on Premier League move
PREMIER LEAGUE clubs will be on alert for Jeremain Lens, after signalling his desire to play in England's top flight.
The 25-year-old who notched up 30 Eredivisie games last season for PSV has been tracked in the past by Premier League suitors most notably Newcastle.
Although he has two years left to run on his contract, Lens is looking to take the next step in his career.
"I think the time has come to prove myself at the highest level every week," Lens told Dutch publication Voetbal International.
"I'm 25, I have played in the Eredivisie for seven and it's time for a step forward. I think my style of play fits perfect in England.
"I have no transfer clause in my contract, but if there is a nice club I expect no problems."
Lens had a good return last season, having hit 15 goals.
