Eden Hazard joins chorus of Chelsea players wishing to see Jose Mourinho return
CHELSEA midfielder Eden Hazard has declared that he would welcome the chance to work with Jose Mourinho.
Speculation surrounding Mourinho's future has reached fever pitch and his absence at Real Madrid's private club lunch did nothing to dispel the idea that he is seemingly Chelsea bound.
Mourinho is a fans' favourite and is a hit with the current crop of Chelsea players, with David Luiz saying he would be very happy to work under the Portuguese coach.
Hazard, who will miss tonight's Europa League final through a hamstring injury, believes Mourinho has near demagogue status.
"I would like [Mourinho] to come here," Hazard told French paper L'Equipe.
"Everyone is talking about him here. He is not God, but almost.
"The fans and the players love him. I wait and see."
Hazard has notched up 15 goals for club and country this season.
