Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne harbours Borussia Dortmund interest
CHELSEA midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has revealed he would consider a summer move to Borussia Dortmund.
De Bruyne, who is currently on loan at Werder Bremen has become a mainstay of the first team and has caught the eye with a string of impressive performances this season.
The Blues, as we reported are closing in on a £20 move for Andre Schurrle, and De Bruyne is thought to be a potential makeweight in a deal.
However, there could be a snag as Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund could gazump a deal.
"Dortmund? That would fit me. I am keeping tabs on what they have been doing," De Bruyne told German paper Bild.
"They have performed admirably in the Champions League, just like Bayern. We will see what happens.
"I will be on the road with Belgium's national team after this season. Perhaps we will know by then where my future lies."
De Bruyne has proved to be a sharp shooter, firing nine goals for club and country so far this campaign.
