Everton line up Celtic boss Neil Lennon to replace David Moyes
CELTIC boss Neil Lennon is the odds-on favourite to replace David Moyes at Everton.
Moyes was announced as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor at Manchester United yesterday and bookmakers have slashed their odds on Lennon taking over at Goodison Park.
The Northern Irishman was as big as 16/1 to get the Everton job on Wednesday but now is priced up at 4/7 by Coral.
Lennon joined Celtic in 2010 and has won two Scottish Premier League titles with the club.
Lennon has been embroiled in arguments with some Celtic fans on social-networking site Twitter
The 41-year-old played Premier League football with Leicester in the late 1990s before moving north of the border to play for - and then manage - Celtic.
But in recent days Lennon has been embroiled in arguments with some Celtic fans on Twitter.
Lennon even wrote to one fan: "So you'd like me to go then", casting doubting over where his long-term future lies.
