PSG to muscle in on Chelsea and Spurs target Joao Moutinho
SPURS have been tracking Moutinho for a while now and Andre Villas-Boas knows him well during the time the pair spent together at Porto.
Chelsea are believed to be the frontrunners for his signature, and Moutinho has already entertained the possibility of a move to the Premier League.
But PSG, who have seemingly limitless funds are ready to steal a march on the two Premier League rivals.
French radio station RMC claims PSG's sporting director Leonardo will meet with Moutinho's super agent Pinhas Zahavi for preliminary talks.
They also suggest that Leonardo likes Moutinho's game and feels that he could add an extra dimension to their playing style.
PSG are already lining up a move for Cristiano Ronaldo, and are also willing to prise Arsene Wenger, who has one year left to run on his contract, away from the Emirates.
Moutinho, who is thought to be valued at £20m has also been on Everton's radar.
