Kagawa has title regrets after frustrating debut season for Man United
SHINJI KAGAWA is frustrated he did not contribute more to Manchester United’s title success.
Kagawa made a bright start after his £17million move from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, but a knee injury in October kept him out for two months.
He said: “I have not contributed as much as I did at Dortmund. I still do not quite have that feeling of accomplishment. I was looking to produce even more.”
Manchester United will have a victory parade around the city centre on Monday May 13, the day after receiving the Premier League trophy following their final home match of the campaign, against Swansea.
And the club have secured yet another commercial deal in the Far East, this time with Vietnam bank BIDV.
The five-year deal is United’s first in that country and aims to reach out to their estimated 26.5million followers there.
BIDV will first offer a United credit card, with a debit card to follow next season.
