Neil Lennon: We can win the title in style
CELTIC boss Neil Lennon last night told his players to put Inverness to the sword and win the title with style.
The champagne remains on ice at Parkhead for another 24 hours after nearest rivals Motherwell dumped Dundee United at Tannadice last night.
However, corks will be popping tomorrow if the Bhoys take at least a point from the home game against the Highlanders.
It would be far more satisfying to win the title at home in front of the supporters
Lennon has urged his stars to savour the moment, saying: “It would be far more satisfying to win the title at home in front of the supporters.
“The players have given them a lot this season and we haven’t won it at home since Hearts in 2006. It would be a great day for everyone, really, if we could tie it up at home.
“I want the players to go out and play with no fear and express themselves.
“We have a major cup final ahead of us but for the next two or three weeks they can relax.”
