Kemy Agustien banned from driving
KEMY AGUSTIEN has been hit with a driving ban – just eight months after the Swansea midfielder cheated death in a horrific car smash.
Kemy Agustien clocked up 33 penalty points
Agustien was disqualified for 12 months and ordered to pay £3,660 in fines and costs after the Dutchman clocked up 33 penalty points – bringing his total to 39.
Neath Magistrates Court heard that Agustien pleaded guilty for one offence of exceeding the 30 mph speed limit in September.
But the 26-year-old also failed to name the driver of his vehicle on another four occasions in relation to breaking the speed limit and one of skipping a red light.
