James Collins keeps tabs on Rickie Lambert
HE MAY need a rather bigger pocket but James Collins is hoping to keep just as close tabs on Rickie Lambert this afternoon as he did with Luis Suarez last week.
The West Ham centre-back had an awkward start to his return to Upton Park, with a couple of high-profile blunders early in the season against Swansea and Reading.
But having kept the previously irrepressible Suarez quiet last week, he is now turning his attention to the very different challenge of marking the Southampton talisman.
“I feel like I am producing the best form of my career,” he said. “I have had a couple of mistakes which I have not been happy with and need to get them out of my game.”
