Manchester United's Javier Hernandez to make way for Radamel Falcao
MANCHESTER UNITED are considering using Javier Hernandez as bait in order to pave the arrival of Radamel Falcao in the summer.
United have already reportedly made a downpayment for the Colombian hit man, who is expected to set the champions-in-waiting £42m.
Falcao had been on Chelsea's trail for a while with Roman Abramovich attempting to woo him at the end of the last year by giving him a guided tour round the Blues' training complex, Cobham, as well as showing him the cultural delights London has to offer.
And now it seems there is a more tantalising aspect to a prospective deal.
According to Spanish football website Inside Spanish Football, United are contemplating including Javier Hernandez in a deal.
They note that Hernandez is open to a move to Atletico Madrid as he has slipped down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
Hernandez has still proved his worth, rattling in 16 goals in all competitions so far this season.
