Manchester United plot raid for Porto trio
MANCHESTER UNITED are planning to raid Porto for three of their prized assets.
Winger James Rodriguez, Brazilian defender Alex Sandro and Manchester City target Eliaquim Mangala are all on Sir Alex Ferguson's radar, according to Italian paper Tutto Mercato.
Express Online reported last month that United were interested in sealing a deal for Rodriguez, who has also attracted from Tottenham Hotspur.
Patrice Evra's future at Old Trafford is unclear - reports have linked the Frenchman to Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco and Fiorentina - and 22-year-old Sandro could be seen as the ideal long-term replacement.
Sandro has played six times for Brazil since making his debut in 2011.
Both Spurs and City have shown interest in Mangala and United have joined the hunt for the young defender. Mangala was signed by Porto for €6.5 million from Stndard Liege.
All three are key players for the Portuguese champions.
