Bastian Schweinsteiger has nagging ankle problem
A NAGGING ankle problem for Bastian Schweinsteiger and the continuing issue of a mole in the camp have cast a small shadow over Germany’s tournament.
"Schweinsteiger has a problem and obviously it is best when no player has a problem,” said captain Philipp Lahm.
“When you need to sit out several sessions then it is not that easy.”
Germany have yet to get to the bottom of who, if anyone, is leaking their team selections to the media.
