Hurt Swan on song
ALAN TATE is closing in on a return to Swansea City’s first-team following his bizarre broken leg.
The Swans’ vice-captain, 29, has been out since the end of August after his infamous golf buggy mishap.
But the defender is back in serious training and hopes to return in January. Swans boss Brendan Rodgers said: “To see him strike the ball properly with confidence was good. In the next number of weeks he will step up his fitness.”
