Chelsea's Frank Lampard did not storm off
FRANK LAMPARD did not storm off in a huff after being an unused substitute against Swansea – he was answering the call of nature.
England star Lampard, who appeared less than happy during the match, dashed down the tunnel five minutes from time after Chelsea had made their last substitution – but sources said he went to the toilet and to prepare for his warm-down.
After the game, Lampard, left with manager Andre Villas-Boas, spent time on the pitch and came back into the tunnel half an hour later dripping with sweat.
