PSV set sights on Reynolds
MOTHERWELL defender Mark Reynolds could be set for a shock £500,000 move to Dutch cracks PSV Eindhoven.
Express Sport can reveal that the Eredivisie table-toppers sent representatives to Scotland to hold talks with his agent earlier this week.
Well and Reynolds are aware of PSV’s interest and are now waiting for the interest to be firmed up.
The 22-year-old, who saw a £1million bid from Rangers knocked back two seasons ago, still has another season to run at Fir Park, but has never hidden his desire to move on to bigger things. Well are also aware they need to maximise their money by selling him in the summer.
Reynolds, who is also being tracked by Blackburn, Coventry and Fulham, has been influential in the Fir Park side’s run of eight clean sheets in the last nine games.
But PSV have tracked him since his Under-19 Euro Championship heroics with Scotland in 2006.
