Tottenham team news: Expected XI vs Southampton as Conte left with new signings dilemma
ANTONIO CONTE made two signings in the winter and they could be in for a first start against the Saints.
Premier League transfer round-up: Tottenham aim for double signing
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte will be looking to keep his team's decent form going when they face Southampton on Wednesday night - although he has a certain dilemma given the introduction of two new signings. Express Sport takes a look at what Conte's starting XI may look like.
Goalkeeper: Lloris
A new contract, the club captain and almost 10 years at the club - it is easy to see why Hugo Lloris is first-choice.
The Frenchman continues to start for his nation as well as his country, bringing a wealth of experience to both.
At the age of 35, Lloris' 318 Premier League appearances are an incredible feat for someone who joined the league as a 25-year-old.
And he is expected to continue that against the Saints.

Defence: Emerson, Sanchez, Romero, Reguilon
Emerson has failed to impress heavily in North London since his arrival, but continues as first-choice right wing-back after Spurs failed to sign Adama Traore last month.
He will likely be joined by Davinson Sanchez and Cristian Romero in the centre of defence.
And Sergio Reguilon will likely be the man on the left-hand side of the park.

Midfield: Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Winks
Tottenham let midfielders Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele leave on loan in the January transfer window, immediately sparking concerns.
Yet the quick arrival of Rodrigo Bentancur certainly eased worries in the engine room.
He will add a sense of defensive steel, creativity and physically in Tottenham's midfield.
And he will likely be joined by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Harry Winks.
Attack: Kulusevski, Kane, Son
Kane and Son are two instant names on the team sheet given their importance over the past two seasons.
However, with Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn having featured more prominently recently, the duo could be rested to save legs for the weekend.
New man Dejan Kulusevski could start in their places, following his late move from Juventus in the window.
And with the Swede having already made an appearance at the weekend, it is clear just how much Conte rates him.
