Tottenham: Mourinho gives verdict on win at Fulham
Tottenham have reportedly moved their focus to signing Torino's Sasa Lukic this summer, but face strong competition for his signature. Jose Mourinho bolstered his midfield options last summer with the acquisition of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
The Denmark international has proven to be a big hit in north London as well, playing every single minute in the Premier League so far.
Tanguy Ndombele and Moussa Sissoko have been the usual partners to Hojbjerg in midfield this season, but reports have suggested that Mourinho is keen to bring someone else in at the end of the season.
Marcel Sabitzer has been reported as being Tottenham's No 1 target with RB Leipzig facing a decision over his future with the midfielder's contract expiring in 2022.
And the 26-year-old directly addressed rumours over his future this week, stating money won't be a factor in his decision.
The 24-year-old has been one of a few bright sparks for Torino this season with the Italian club facing a relegation battle in Serie A.
It is claimed that Spurs hold a genuine interest in signing the midfielder, but face competition from Crystal Palace.
Roy Hodgson's side reportedly made an offer for Lukic in the January transfer window, but it didn't meet Torino's valuation.
There is also said to be plenty of interest from clubs in Serie A, but London is reportedly his favoured destination.
