Liverpool: What needs to change to get back to winning ways?
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has been left out of the matchday squad to face Burnley this evening with Jurgen Klopp making a number of big changes to his starting line-up. Joel Matip has been closing in on a return to action for the past few weeks and he comes back into the side to partner Fabinho in defence.
Despite their poor run of form, Liverpool remain the leaue's top scorers overall with 37 goals in 18 matches.
Matip is also joined by Kostas Tsimikas in making his return to the first-team squad with the full-back being named on the bench.
The summer signing from Olympiakos is yet to make his Premier League debut for Liverpool having picked up a knee injury at the start of December.
Klopp though confirmed that the club are hopeful that Henderson's injury isn't serious.

"Jordan Henderson felt (something) a little bit and we hope it is not serious and that is why he is not in the squad," he said.
"It will be a very intense game tonight and have good options on the bench. We planned to play with Hendo and Fabinho again but Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood fight with all they have and if they don't get the ball they go down, it is tricky.
"It is about how the defence deals with these specific situations."
