Frank Lampard has issued an injury update ahead of the trip to Rennes in the Champions League tomorrow night (5:55pm).
Chelsea: Frank Lampard's best team discussed by pundits
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has revealed he will be able to call upon Thiago Silva and Kai Havertz for tomorrow's Champions League clash with Rennes. Christian Pulisic will stay behind in London though as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
The Blues can seal their place in the knockout stages with a win across the channel, as they look to continue their impressive form.
Edouard Mendy's arrival in west London appears to have been the catalyst for Chelsea's hot streak which sees them just two points behind Premier League leaders Tottenham.
Chelsea take on their London rivals next weekend but first they will need to take care of business against their European opponents Rennes, who will be out for revenge following their 3-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard has been boosted by the return of imperative duo Silva and Havertz, who both missed the 2-0 win at Newcastle this weekend.

He said ahead of the short flight to France: "Kai and Thiago will both travel and they are fit for selection.
"Pulisic stays back and doesn't travel but the good news is that he has had some aggression in and he will do some physical work. Hopefully he will be in contention at the weekend."
Silva was given time to recover from international duty with Brazil, following games with Venezuela and Uruguay in South America.
He only arrived back in the UK on Thursday and following texts with Lampard, it was decided that he would get the chance to rest.

Chelsea did not appear to miss him, as Kurt Zouma and Antonio Rudiger marshalled the Blues to a clean sheet on Tyneside.
Now Silva is expected to return straight to the starting line up against a team he knows well from his days with Paris Saint-Germain.
"He is very important for us," Lampard added. "He brings experience and leadership. He can communicate in French and other languages."
Meanwhile, Havertz was left out of the win at Newcastle as he continues to rebuild his fitness level following his period of isolation.
The attacking midfielder missed international duty after testing positive for COVID-19 before the home clash with Rennes.
He has been back in training since last week but now he is raring to go again as he looks to hit the ground running following a short absence.
Pulisic seems to still be a few weeks away from making his return but he has starting to step things up in training.
The winger has been missing since he pulled up in the warm-up in October against Burnley, ahead of a comprehensive victory at Turf Moor.
