Carlos Vinicius sends message after Tottenham Hotspur move
The transfer window has been open since July as Premier League clubs strengthen their squads for the 2020/21 campaign. After an unusual season, which saw the top-flight stop and later resume after the UK was hit by the coronavirus pandemic, the transfer window will be open later than usual.
One club that will retain a lot of focus throughout the day is Manchester United.
The Red Devils have been noticeably quiet in the transfer market, with Donny van de Beek being their sole addition so far following a £40million switch from Ajax.
United have been heavily linked with Jadon Sancho throughout the window but have unable to agree a deal for the Borussia Dormtund star, with Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele now being touted as an alternative.
The lack of activity at Old Trafford has left fans frustrated, particularly as their major rivals have all made significant signings.
