Arsenal offer PSG second star during Hector Bellerin transfer negotiations
Arsenal are in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over the potential sale of Hector Bellerin.
Arsenal: Aubameyang and Maitland-Niles discuss contracts
PSG have reportedly turned down the chance to sign Matteo Guendouzi, after being offered the Arsenal outcast during transfer discussions. The Frenchman was banished from the first-team set up last season after being involved with an altercation with Brighton's Neal Maupay in a 2-1 defeat at the Amex.
Guendouzi clashed with his compatriot but managed to escape punishment from the Football Association.
He is alleged to have taunted the Brighton players over their wages before Maupay struck a last-gasp winner.
The striker then took aim at Guendouzi in his post-match interview before the incident was later reviewed.
Now the young midfielder has been told he can leave Arsenal, as they look to raise cash to sign Thomas Partey.

The Gunners must pay Atletico Madrid his £45million release clause in full if they are to sign the Ghanaian.
As it stands, they simply do not have the cash and Mikel Arteta has been made aware he needs to sell to buy.
Dani Ceballos is set to return on another season-long loan from Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, Guendouzi is being pushed towards the exit door as he looks to get his career back on track.

According to the Daily Telegraph, PSG have turned down the chance to sign Guendouzi.
The Champions League runners up are in talks with Arsenal over a £25million deal for Hector Bellerin.
Arsenal are well covered at right-back with Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Cedric Soares and therefore could cash in on the Spaniard.
During talks between the two clubs, PSG made it clear they have no interest in Guendouzi whose availability was also discussed.
The 21-year-old has also been offered to Barcelona and Juventus this summer, but the proposition has fallen on deaf ears.

Unai Emery is interested in a reunion with Guendouzi though and could offer him a lifeline at Villarreal.
Ahead of the Community Shield triumph over Liverpool at Wembley, Arteta hinted he may be willing to give Guendouzi a second chance.
“I have been really clear that everybody starts from zero all the time in football,” said Arteta.
“What you did two weeks ago or two years ago doesn't really matter. It's what you are able to contribute to the team now. Everybody is going to have the same opportunities.
“They'll have to show with their performances and their attitude that they are better than their teammates or somehow contributing to what we want to achieve this season.”
