Chelsea are preparing a new bid for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz, it's been claimed, while the Blues are also closing in on a deal for Leicester's Ben Chilwell.
Chelsea and Leverkusen have been in discussions over Havertz's proposed transfer to west London after the last couple of weeks.
Both clubs reportedly remain around £10million apart on a deal for the German.
But Chelsea are now going to up their bid, according to Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Chelsea have already signed Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner this summer from Ajax and RB Leipzig, respectively.
Havertz would only add more menace to their already impressive attacking lineup.
But Lampard has had his eye on Chilwell since December, and he'll want to wrap up that deal soon, too.
Leicester have reportedly lowered their valuation of Chilwell from £80m to £50m because of their failure to get into the Champions League.
Chilwell is also thought to be really keen on the move to Chelsea this summer.
Lampard will also be looking to spend on a new centre-back this summer and will likely offload players including Emerson Palmieri, Marcos Alonso, Davide Zappacosta and Timeoue Bakayoko.
Chelsea play Brighton on September 14 in their first game of the 2020/21 Premier League season.
