Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher spots problem with Premier League trophy at Anfield
Liverpool will finally get their hands on the Premier League trophy tonight after their clash with Chelsea (8:15pm).
Liverpool: Henderson will lift the trophy reveals Klopp
Premier League champions Liverpool are poised for their coronation tonight at Anfield with Jordan Henderson set to lift the trophy and end a 30-year wait for top-flight glory. The Reds have put special plans in plans to mark the occasion, which will of course take place behind closed doors without supporters.
Liverpool had requested to the authorities that the player's families were allowed to attend the spectacle.
Unfortunately for the Reds, the Grounds Safety Advisory Group blocked the request due to the struggle behind getting the government to sign off the relaxation of social distancing guidelines for the event.
Nonetheless, the absence of loved ones will not stop the players and staff from enjoying the occasion with the official presentation set to take place in the Kop.
Former defender Jamie Carragher will be inside Anfield tonight to watch his old side lift the title as part of his Sky Sports duties and he has already caught a glimpse of the trophy.

As he points out, the ribbons attached to the trophy are still light blue and white to mark the reigning 2018/19 champions Manchester City.
They will of course be changed to red in time for the presentation that is expected to take place at around 10:45pm.
First of all Jurgen Klopp's side need to take care of business against Chelsea, who are still fighting for a place in the top four.

Liverpool come into the clash on the back of two disappointing results against Burnley (1-1) and Arsenal (2-1) as they look to get back to winning ways to ensure they sign off on a high.
It will be their last home match at Anfield this season before Sunday's trip to Newcastle on the final day of the campaign.
The cost of tonight's ceremony is set to be split between Liverpool, the Premier League and the broadcasters.
The squad will have to socially distance on the platform before they get together with Henderson as he lifts the trophy.
The Liverpool skipper will miss the rest of the season with minor knee ligament damage but he is still expected to perform his trademark shuffle on the podium.

Coldplay's 'A Sky Full of Stars' will be played as they lift the trophy aloft.
Premier League chief executive Richard Masters and Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish will also be part of the presentation.
The former Reds player and boss will hand the players their medals before Henderson picks the title up himself from a stand.
Liverpool's name is already on the trophy and the engraving process was shared for supporters on social media yesterday.
