Chelsea move for Chilwell alternative a strong possibility as PSG end transfer interest
Chelsea could once again turn their attention to Alex Telles as an alternative to Ben Chilwell.

Chelsea may reignite their interest in Alex Telles after Paris Saint-Germain reportedly dropped out of the race to sign the FC Porto full-back. Telles is widely considered to be the Blues' second-choice left-back signing this summer behind Ben Chilwell.
However, Leicester are expected to demand £80million for the England international - the same fee Manchester United paid for Harry Maguire last year.
Chelsea may therefore look to pursue more affordable options, with transfer funds expected to be stretched by an aggressive spending strategy this summer.

And newspaper Record claim the Blues remain interested in Telles as a viable alternative to the Foxes defender.
PSG are said to have given up the chase for the Brazilian, having offered Layvin Kurzawa a new contract to stay at the Parc des Princes.

The report therefore claims that a move to Chelsea is a strong possibility for Telles, with the Blues viewing the 27-year-old as a good option.
Telles has a €40m (£36.3m) release clause in his current contract but is a free agent next summer and has already told Porto he will not sign a new deal.
The Portuguese outfit are therefore keen to cash in and avoid losing him for nothing, meaning they could sell for less than the player's buy-out fee.
Chelsea will see this as an excellent opportunity to save cash while still upgrading on current defenders Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri.

Nicolas Tagliafico has been touted as another option for the Stamford Bridge side, with the Argentine valued at just €25m (£22.6m) by Ajax.
Chelsea's decision will be heavily influenced by their spending in other areas this summer as manager Frank Lampard looks to overhaul his squad.
A £33.4m deal for Hakim Ziyech was already secured in February while the Blues have agreed to pay £53m to sign Timo Werner from RB Leipzig.
They are also interested in Kai Havertz but Bayer Leverkusen are expected to demand a fee in excess of £70m.
With an experienced centre-back also on the wishlist, Chelsea may not have enough left in the kitty for to fund a move for Chilwell.
Player sales will help bolster the transfer warchest, with Atletico Madrid expected to take up their £48.5m option on Alvaro Morata.
Tiemoue Bakayoko, Michy Bastshuayi and Emerson are also expected to be sold while the Blues are looking to offload Danny Drinkwater, Victor Moses and Davide Zappacosta.
It is also thought that Alonso could be sold to the right buyer while Jorginho and N'Golo Kante are attracting interest from Juventus and Real Madrid respectively.
