Man United vs Spurs: Ben Davies reacts to draw
Tottenham threw away two points after a reckless challenge from Eric Dier handed Manchester United a penalty. Jose Mourinho’s side nearly self-destructed further when a second penalty was given before VAR intervened after Marcus Rashford was judged to have been fouled by Dier.
But Spurs hung on for a share of the spoils after Steven Bergwijn scored the opener.
The highlight from the opening 60 minutes was undoubtedly Roy Keane’s half time rant where he accused David De Gea and Harry Maguire of everything under the sun.
But the finale was frantic and entertaining as both teams battled for a late winner.
Bruno Fernandes had hit the equaliser from 12 yards, but there was to be no winner.
