Manchester United have not secured an agreement with Jadon Sancho, according to the German media, contradicting a previous report that terms had been struck
Old Trafford chiefs have already decided who to pursue out of Jack Grealish and James Maddison
Chelsea could launch a swoop for Barcelona flop Philippe Coutinho because of a particular fear about the Red Devils
Joao Felix transfer rumours
Atletico Madrid ace Joao Felix is not a priority for Manchester United in the upcoming transfer window.
And that, according to Bleacher Report, is because they have got four other players on their radar.
French publication Le 10 Sport claimed that Ed Woodward had established contact with Felix's intermediaries including super agent Jorge Mendes.
Although Bleacher Report report there has been interest in the Portugal international in the past, United are focused on signing Jack Grealish, Jadon Sancho, Jude Bellingham and a central defender.
Faitout Maouassa transfer interest
Manchester United and Newcastle have registered their interest in Rennes talent Faitout Maouassa.
That's according to French newspaper L’Équipe, who report that the Premier League duo have been monitoring Maouassa's progress for several months.
Newcastle made a £7million bid for the 21-year-old in January but Rennes snubbed the proposal.
Despite the rejection, Steve Bruce's side have remained in contact with the left-back's representatives and could make a second approach in the upcoming transfer window.
The Red Devils are also interested in Maouassa, whose contract expires in June 2021.
Jadon Sancho transfer price
Manchester United believe they can sign Jadon Sancho for as little as £52million, according to transfer expert Ian McGarry.
"It seems that never a day goes by without another mention of this particular transfer," McGarry said on the Transfer Window Podcast.
"My information as of today is that there's no fee agreed between Dortmund and Manchester United, in fact they are quite some way off that.
"Of course the current situation regarding the global pandemic, I think both clubs are waiting to see how that pans out before trying to come to the correct valuation of the player.
"Obviously Dortmund have been quoting €120m (£105.4m), Manchester United are not prepared to pay that.
"I'm told some people inside Old Trafford believe that Sancho can be gotten for as little as €60m (£52.7m) once we start playing football again and the window is open."
Jack Grealish comparison
Manchester United target Jack Grealish has been compared to Eden Hazard and Joe Cole by Chelsea legend John Terry.
“I think he’s similar to Joe Cole and Eden Hazard,” Terry said. “I just think the natural ability he’s got and that Joe Cole had, a God-given talent that not many people are blessed with but he’s certainly got.
“The way he glides past people. He’s quick, but not many people know it - I don’t think he knows how quick he is. He’s a tremendous talent, he gets a lot of fouls in the Championship and now in the Premier League.
“People don’t know how to stop him.”
Jadon Sancho transfer twist
Manchester United have not secured an agreement with Jadon Sancho, according to media in Germany.
The Sun recently claimed Sancho has agreed almost every detail of a move to Old Trafford but Sky Sport report that is not the case.
The England international reportedly expects to leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season.
But a source close to Sancho told Sky Sport: "It is also wrong to call any of the many potential customers favorites."
Jack Grealish transfer decision
Manchester United have already decided who to pursue out of Jack Grealish and James Maddison, according to Bleacher Report.
A new midfielder is on the agenda at Old Trafford, with Grealish and Maddison emerging as standout talents.
The Aston Villa captain is the man Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants, however, because he is more attainable.
The Villans could be relegated from the Premier League and will be available at a lower price than Leicester City will consider selling Maddison for.
Chelsea transfer fear
Chelsea are considering a swoop for Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho because they fear Jadon Sancho is heading to Manchester United, according to ESPN.
The Blues are interested in Sancho but the Red Devils appear to be leading the race for his signature.
Stamford Bridge bosses are now looking at alternatives and Coutinho’s name has emerged.
The former Liverpool ace is interested in a return to the Premier League.
