Man Utd: Sancho could help team win the league says expert
Manchester United forward Marus Rashford has got supporters excited by cheekily messaging Jadon Sancho on Twitter after a fan called for him to help in transfer negotiations.
United are interested in signing Borussia Dortmund winger Sancho this summer and he will likely cost around £100million.
The former Manchester City star is said to be keen on returning to the Premier League, three years after he moved to the Bundesliga.
If the Red Devils are to land their man then Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have some dangerous firepower at his disposal.
However, there are several other European powerhouses also monitoring the 19-year-old's situation.
But Rashford cheekily mentioned his England team-mate as he was reacting to fans on social media.
The striker initially posted a message where he called for fans to donate to Fan Share, which is a charity which fights hunger and food waste to feed those most in need.
"Wanted to take a sec to thank everyone that has donated or offered their services to @FareShareUK since my message on Thursday," Rashford wrote.
"Your support is everything and will make such a difference. @FareShareUK how are we doing??"
One supporter offered to donate £50 if Rashford helped to convince Sancho to move to Old Trafford.
"I’ll donate another 50 if you have a little word with jadon," the quip read.
And Rashford duly obliged as he replied: "Oi @Sanchooo10. There’s my little word (winking face emoji)."
United fans got extremely excited about the response as they dream of watching one of the hottest properties in world football playing for their team next season.
"Agent Marcus," one supporter wrote.
And another added: "I rate him so much for doing this."
A third user said: "Oh you beautiful b*****d you."
While another person commented: "Nah man I actually love you."
